As the school year is coming to an end it is important to know what to expect and what actions you should (or shouldn't) take with regards to saved classes, students, and assignments.

Answers to specific questions around archiving, deletion, and access will vary depending on the type of Login method / Integration method on your account. Please click your Login / Integration method below to find the answers most relevant to your account

  • Should I archive my classes?

    • Yes - Courses will not be removed from student accounts until they are archived

  • Do I need to delete students?

    • No - When you archive classes students will be removed from your rosters automatically

  • Can I save my assignments?

    • No - Assignments are no longer accessible when courses are archived, but you can save text sets

  • Can I access my assignments if I switch schools or districts?

    • No - Synced classes attached to a previous school will automatically be archived when your school is changed, so assignments will also be archived

  • Should I archive my classes?
