How to Submit Feedback / Feature Request to Newsela
Have an idea for a feature or capability you'd like to have in Newsela? Here is how you can make a feature request for our site:
Login to your Newsela account
Click on the question mark located at the top right corner of your screen
Select “Give feedback or share ideas” from the dropdown menu
Select the general type of feedback or idea you would like to provide from the options presented
Proceed to type in a description of your idea or feedback. Please focus on a single problem or request (if you have multiple items, please submit a separate form for each one). Here, the more information you can provide us - the better! Explain the problem you are facing, what you would like to achieve, and if there are any workarounds you are currently using instead
Enter your email address to open a line of communication for our product development team members to reach out to you should they have additional questions regarding your feedback
If you need to go back to a previous page to edit your input, click on the arrows at the bottom left side of the page
Once done, click “Submit” to send your feedback over to us at Newsela
